Bo Nilsson sets the tone with his harmonics and hypnotising soundscapes. Bach takes over, where clarity and structure set the tone, followed by Ewald’s warm, lyrical sound world. Takemitsu then shifts the perspective, inviting us into something more fragile and atmospheric.

With Bernstein, the energy changes — suddenly we are in the middle of the city, surrounded by rhythm and movement. Piazzolla brings a different kind of pulse, more direct and intimate, before Ravel closes the journey with quiet elegance and reflection.
